Clever Advertising takes a strategic stake in iGaming Nuts to grow in Poland

The investment combines Clever Advertising’s global media buying with iGaming Nuts’ local SEO and compliance experience in the regulated Polish market.

Clever Advertising, a global performance marketing and player acquisition company in the igaming industry, today announced a strategic investment in iGaming Nuts, an SEO affiliate operating across several European markets (including the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain), led by Poland.

The investment lets Clever Advertising grow its presence in Central and Eastern Europe by bringing iGaming Nuts’ Polish SEO portfolio into its global multi-channel network.

Local expertise in a regulated market

The Polish igaming market is complex. It needs deep localisation, real insight into local user behaviour, and strict compliance with local advertising law. The investment gives Clever Advertising a stable stream of high-intent organic traffic in a market where paid acquisition costs move quickly. iGaming Nuts’ local relationships also open commercial deals that are hard to reach without years on the ground.

iGaming Nuts gains access to Clever Advertising’s data network, global operator relationships, and technology to develop its platforms further. The two companies also plan to extend the partnership into a financial trading media vertical.

The deal follows a wider pattern in the industry: global companies buying into local, compliance-heavy market leaders to enter regulated markets faster than they could build alone.
