The Creator Fast Track programme makes it easier for creators to earn and grow on Facebook

Meta has introduced a new programme to make audience growth easier for Facebook creators, which could see them earn up to $3,000 a month.

The Creator Fast Track programme is designed to help creators accelerate their growth and success on Facebook with guaranteed pay and increased content reach.

“We’ve heard from creators who have built followings on other platforms about how daunting it can feel to start fresh on Facebook, so we’re introducing the Creator Fast Track programme to simplify and accelerate their start,” Meta said in a statement.

With this, new metrics for Facebook content monetisation have also been introduced, to bring better insights into earnings for creators. Last year, Facebook paid out almost $3bn to content creators – a 35% rise year-on-year (YoY).

With the Creator Fast Track programme, creators will be able to earn $1,000 per month if they have over 100,000 followers on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram – rising to $3,000 per month if they have over one million followers.

To be eligible for the programme, creators must post 15 eligible reels per month on Facebook – but the monthly payments are based on the follower count for YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

Creators will receive payments for three months, and earnings will come on top of existing content monetisation earnings. Reels must be uploaded on 10 separate days within each month, and must meet all eligibility criteria.

Monetisation programmes have already yielded results, with 60% of Facebook’s total payout to creators in 2025 went to reels, with the rest going to photos, text posts, and stories. The number of creators who earn over $10,000 per year on Facebook has risen by over 30% YoY.

“Moving forward, we’re going to put even greater emphasis on rewarding original content creators for driving deeper engagement, longer watch time, and qualified views,” the statement continued.
