The latest round up of people moves include Nate Olmstead as the new chief financial officer for The Trade Desk.

The Trade Desk has announced Nate Olmstead will be its new chief financial officer.

This comes in the midst of significant executive turbulence for the company, as Olmstead will be the fourth finance head in the last year. Olmstead joins with extensive experience, including as chief financial officer of Logitech and Penguin Solutions.

“The Trade Desk has built a remarkably strong and differentiated business over the past decade, and I admire the commitment to helping shape a better, more open internet,” Olmstead said in a statement.

The company has experienced a number of high-profile exits, including four board members, several senior executives, and three finance heads.

Channel 4: Wade Jastremski as sales lead

Channel 4 has hired Wade Jastremski as its new sales lead.

Jastremski joins the TV giant from Spotify, where he served as the head of ad sales business operations and revenue innovation.

In his new role, he will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives for commercial planning, go-to-market strategy, as well as performance analytics and operational excellence.

Allwyn: Khalid Reede Jones as CEO of North America

Allwyn North America has appointed Khalid Reede Jones as its new chief executive.

Having most recently served as executive director of Virginia Lottery, Reede Jones brings a wealth of experience in building regulatory credibility, commercial discipline, and digital-first thinking.

Ogilvy Group: Yong Yuan promoted

Ogilvy Group China has appointed Yong Yuan as its new chief executive – having previously served as the organisation’s president of Ogilvy Advertising.

“In his new role, Yong will lead people, clients, and growth across the group – deepening collaboration across advertising, digital experience, social, influence, and PR, while strengthening alignment between Ogilvy and Grey,” the company said in a LinkedIn post.

Uber Advertising: Elton Ollerhead as EMEA sales boss

Elton Ollerhead will be joining Uber Advertising as its new head of EMEA sales, replacing Paul Wright, who left the role back in February.

Ollerhead previously served as Asos Media Group director for four years. In his new role, he will oversee the ad sales team, including commercial and programmatic specialists, working to build collaboration between agencies and tech vendors.
