The latest round up of people moves include personnel changes at Gentoo, Kalshi, and Kwiff.
Gentoo Media’s chief financial officer, Mads Haugegaard Albrechtsen, has resigned from his position after 15 months.
The company confirmed it is in “close and constructive dialogue” with Albrechtsen.
“We would like to thank Mads for his dedication and collaboration during a period of significant change for Gentoo Media. Mads has played an important role in the transformation initiated in 2025, including strengthening financial processes, supporting the company’s strategic realignment and helping build a leaner and more focused organisation,” said Jonas Warrer, chief executive officer at the media shop.
“As Gentoo Media now enters its next phase, we are maintaining a constructive dialogue regarding the upcoming transition and share a common commitment to ensuring a stable and responsible handover for the benefit of the Company, its employees and other stakeholders.”

OpenAI: Colin Fleming to head up marketing
ServiceNow chief marketing officer Colin Fleming is moving to OpenAI in the same role, to head up marketing for its business unit as the company looks to expand above core AI products.
“After a chapter I will carry with me for the rest of my life, I’ve made the gut-wrenching decision to write a new one,” he wrote in a LinkedIn post.

kiwff: Niklas Fallsjo leaves
Niklas Fallsjo, director of sportsbook at kwiff, has decided to leave the company after 10 years.
“Being part of kwiff from the very beginning has been hugely valuable to me. What started as an idea to build a more entertaining mobile-first sportsbook experience has grown into a company with more than one million registered customers and a strong position in the market today,” he said in a LinkedIn post.
From June, Fallsjo will be focusing on new projects he’s wanted to explore for a while through procombo.

Kalshi: Ex-Patomak partner hired
Prediction market platform, Kalshi, has hired ex-Patomak veteran, Sudhir Jain as its new chief compliance officer.
He has previously spent five years leading a team of examiners at the National Futures Association, the self-regulatory organization of the derivatives industry.

Tug Agency: Managing director exits
Faye Daffarn, managing director at Tug agency, has decided to leave the company after 16 years.
Daffarn will be launching her own fractional consultancy business, focused on helping local agencies scale, supporting local talent, and giving back to the local economy.
“When the business is in the best shape it’s ever been, the team is stronger than ever, and you feel genuinely proud of what you’ve built together… that’s exactly the right time to go,” she said in a LinkedIn post.

WPP Production: Santiago Sánchez-Lozano promoted
WPP Production has promoted Santiago Sánchez-Lozano to chief executive officer for EMEA from his previous role as chief executive of WPP Production Spain.
Sánchez-Lozano joined WPP after a 12 year stint at WPP’s creative agency, Ogilvy.

UM: Sarah Di Sapia promoted to CSO
Sarah Di Sapia has been promoted to chief strategy officer, EMEA at UM, having joined the company for a second time in 2021 as senior vice-president, global head of strategy.
“I’ll continue as part of the UM global leadership team – with an expanded EMEA remit and a closer connection into the wider Omnicom community,” she shared in a LinkedIn post.
“In practice that means building out the UM EMEA strategy community, helping shape UM and Omni product, process and training, strengthening our markets and getting stuck into pitching. Lots to get on with!”

ROAST: Nicole Palmieri joins
ROAST has hired Nicole Palmieri as the new head of digital PR.
Palmieri joins from Rise at Seven, where she started as a digital PR strategist before being promoted to head of international PR.
She will lead a new digital PR department focused on helping brands navigate the shift from traditional search and link-building to chatbots using LLMs and generative AI.
